Overview
It is a land about more than 281 800 square feet and it is located on the Saint-Elzéar boulevard and near 440 Highway in the district of Chomedey in Laval. The first step of the project is to construct a 15-storey building including 297 locative unities condominium-type. Our projections elaborate the unfolding of a bulding up to date, modern and where life is good. In a secondary step, we planify to raise a commercial tenement of 5 floors to host innovative entreprises in it.
